Prairie Spine & Pain Institute (PSPI) delivers a comprehensive approach to spine and pain care, and integrates the latest innovations into patients' treatment programs. Founded by Triple Board Certified surgeon, Dr. Richard Kube, PSPI and its team of providers are constantly striving to provide options for patients that optimize recovery.
You can count on experience as the research and treatment model at PSPI has led to over 100 international and national presentations, as well as over 200 TV, print and internet news stories. Dr. Kube is an expert in MIS, having instructed physicians at the ISASS Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery Lab on multiple occasions. As early adapters of new technology, you can generally expect our providers to have comparatively longer experience with Disc Replacement (2007), MIS fusions (2008), MIS SI Joint Fusion (2011), Outpatient fusions (2012), and Coflex (2012). All procedures are performed in an AAAHC Accredited facility.
All procedures use Minimally Invasive Surgery (MIS).
All prices reflect the ENTIRE cost of your procedure from time of admission to our facility to the time of discharge. There are no hidden implant or other fees. The listed fee IS the fee you will pay for a particular procedure.
The listed cash prices cover ALL of the fees associated with your actual surgery from the time of admission to our facility to the time of discharge (surgeon, assistant surgeon, facility, implants, anesthesia, intraoperative neuro monitoring, surgical supplies). Note that with many vendors, there are often hidden implant fees and other exclusions for your surgery day. That is NOT the case at PSPI.
Your initial surgical consultation fee is paid prior to your visit and will count towards your surgical fee if surgery is required. If you are not a candidate for surgery, you are responsible for the initial consultation fee. Follow-up appointments and care for 3 months following surgery are covered. Additional long term follow-up would be charged separately as well as any added tests required to monitor your progress.
Additional testing (such as imaging) and treatment (such as physical therapy) prior to surgery and during follow-up is not covered. While we have relationships with local hotels, and can make suggestions, travel and lodging is not covered.
