Founded by Triple Board Certified surgeon, Dr. Richard Kube, PSPI and its team of providers are constantly striving to provide options for patients that optimize recovery.

Dr. Kube is an expert in MIS, having instructed physicians at the ISASS Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery Lab on multiple occasions. As early adapters of new technology, you can generally expect our providers to have comparatively longer experience with Disc Replacement (2007), MIS fusions (2008), MIS SI Joint Fusion (2011), Outpatient fusions (2012), and Coflex (2012). All procedures are performed in an AAAHC Accredited facility.

All procedures use Minimally Invasive Surgery (MIS).
